Return Policy

If your order is damaged in shipping:

Email me at catherinemcmillandonuts@gmail.com with a photo of the damage within 5 days of delivery. I will replace your item free of charge. Replacement pieces may take up to 1 month to create. Your patience is much appreciated.

If you are dissatisfied with your order:

Email me at catherinemcmillandonuts@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Return the item to me. Once I receive the order in its original condition, I will gladly refund your money (excluding shipping charges) or exchange the item. You will be responsible for the shipping cost of the exchanged item.

If you change your mind before I ship:

Email me at the address above if you have any problems with your order and I will try my best to accommodate.

Conditions of return:

The customer is responsible for shipping costs of a return. Returns must be received in their original condition within 30 days of the original delivery date. I am unable to offer an exchange or refund if the returned item is damaged.
